These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by Azeite Naturelle, represented by Mr. Paul MARTINEZ, whose registered office is at  Santo Estevaõ, Portugal, under tax number 215905172 and on the other hand by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.azeitenaturelle.com.

 

OBJECT

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between Azeite Naturelle and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site of Azeite Naturelle  (whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer).
The acquisition of a property through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Azeite Naturelle. 
Azeite Naturelle reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

 

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS OFFERED

These products are offered within the limits of available stocks.
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.

 

PRICES

The prices appearing in the catalog are prices inclusive of VAT in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the products or services.
Azeite Naturelle reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
The prices indicated  do not include order processing, transport and delivery costs provided that they take place in the geographical areas provided for below.  
 

GEOGRAPHICAL AREA

The online sale of the products presented on the site is reserved for buyers who reside in Metropolitan France for deliveries required in this geographical area.

 

ORDERS

The buyer, who wishes to buy a product, must:

– complete the identification form on which he will indicate all the details requested,
– complete the online order form giving all the references of the products or services chosen,
– validate his order after having checked it,
– make the payment under the conditions provided,
– confirm their order and payment.

Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.

WITHDRAWAL

Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of  fourteen days from the delivery of their order to report a return to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

 

PAYMENT TERMS

The price is payable when ordering.
Payments will be made by credit card, bank transfer or check. At the request of the buyer, he will be sent a paper invoice showing the VAT.

 

SHIPPING AND PREPARATION COSTS 

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package being prepared. The preparation costs take into account the packaging for the dispatch of each order and cannot be less than €5.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area.  The deadline  delivery is a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt  of the payment. In the absence of delivery within this period, the contract between the buyer and Azeite Naturelle may be terminated by the buyer.
The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of Azeite Naturelle.
In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within 24 hours. In the event that the damage is not visible before opening the package, the buyer's protest must be made to Azeite Naturelle within 24 hours from the time of delivery. 

In accordance with article L.121-20-3, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code.

The professional (Azeite Naturelle) is automatically liable to the consumer for the proper performance of the obligations resulting from the contract concluded at a distance, whether these obligations are to be performed by the professional who concluded this contract or by other service providers. of services, without prejudice to its right of recourse against them.

 

ANY SUSPICIOUS PACKAGES OR STAINS MUST BE REFUSED UPON RECEIPT.

LITIGATION

These online sales conditions are subject to Portuguese law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the Commercial Court of Guarda (Portugal).
